Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification :
For Management Trainee : Candidates should have Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) /Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in Mechanical/Electronics with minimum First class or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
For Assistant Manager : Bachelor in Engineering (B.E)/Bachelor in Technology(B.Tech) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in Mechanical / Welding OR MCA OR Degree in Engineering with specialization in CS/IT/CSIT from a recognized University AICTE approved institution OR Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time Regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies / Social Work.
For Manager : Graduate and qualified Charted Accountant/ qualified from Institute of Cost Accountant of India OR Degree in Engineering(BE/BTech) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics and 01 year Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute (CLI) OR Regional Labour Institute (RLI) OR any other institute recognized by the State.

Age Limit : As on 30.06.2015

For Management Trainee : 28 years
For Assistant Manager : 30 years
For Manager : 36 years

Age Relaxation :

SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
OBC (Non Creamy layer) Candidates : 3 years

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay a Demand Draft of Rs.200/- drawn in favour of Goa Shipyard Limited, payable at Vasco-da-Gama, Goa as processing fee. No fee is to be paid by SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Govt. of India rules.
