Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Management Trainee Junior (Finance) : Graduate with Inter CA (pass) / Inter ICAI (pass) / M.Com (minimum 60% of marks for candidates other than SC/ST/PWD candidates. The minimum percentage of marks essential for SC/ST/PWD is 50%). Knowledge in Company Law, Taxation & Computer Application.
• For Management Trainee Company Secretary : Graduate with Company Secretary having Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• For Management Trainee Corporate Relation : Graduate with Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication with minimum 60% of marks.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 21 to 32 years as on 01.01.2015

Age Relaxation : 

• For SC, ST, SEBC and Woman candidates : 05 years
• For PWD candidates : 10 years

Selection Process : The selection will be made on the basis of Computer based online test (CBT) and career marking/ Skilled Test.

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs.1500/-  through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking OR Off-line payment mode by ICICI Bank Challan. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) of Odisha only, PWD candidates and Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of this fee
