Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification :
For Dy. Manager (Finance) : CA(Inter) / ICWA(Inter)/ MBA(Finance) (Full Time).
For Deputy General Manager (HR) : MSW / MBA(HR) / NIPM / PGDPM (Full Time).
For Chief Security Officer : Ex Serviceman Officers with Degree in any Discipline (Infantry Commissioned Officers of the rank of Col / Lt Col of Indian Army or Its equivalent Grade in Air Force and Navy.
For Security Officer : Ex Serviceman Officers with Degree in any Discipline (Infantry Commissioned Officers of the rank of Capt/Major of Indian Army or Its equivalent Grade in Air Force and Navy.
Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :

For Dy. Manager (Finance) : 30 Years
For Deputy General Manager (HR) : 40 Years
For Chief Security Officer : 50 Years
For Security Officer : 45 years

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- through DD drawn in favour of HMT Machine Tools Limited on any Scheduled Bank payable at Bangalore. Candidates are advised to write their name and address on reverse side of DD. No fee is to be paid by SC/ST candidates and Persons with Disability (PWD).
